Q: Where can I find additional information about Hagerty offerings?
A: We encourage you to login at hagertybroker.ca to learn more about our guidelines, appetite, and additional coverages. From there, you can also access the Broker Resources Portal for printable materials.
Q: Where can I find a list of all the information required to complete a quote with Hagerty?
A: We have a Fact Finder form that you can access from hagertybroker.ca. Just login and select the ‘Broker Resources’ option under the ‘Resources’ tab of the website. You will be taken to a portal which houses documents that can help you with selling Hagerty policies.
Q: Does Hagerty offer Seasonal Coverage?
A: No, we do not. We offer a full 12-month term policy. We understand that the collectors clients have are not driven year-round and we build that into the rates we offer. This allows clients to drive their collector whenever they want, even on unseasonably nice days, without having to add or change coverage before being able to do so.
Q: I submitted a quote online and it was declined, how can I find out why?
A: There are many factors that determine if we can offer coverage. The best way to determine why an application was declined is to reach out to us via phone, email, or the chat feature on our website so that we can review the application and give you the specific reason(s) that we were not able to offer coverage.
Q: Does my client have Emergency Roadside Assistance through Hagerty if they have a policy but not Hagerty Drivers Club?
A: Hagerty does not include emergency roadside services on our insurance policies. If your client would like to have roadside services for their collector vehicle(s) through Hagerty, they will need to get the Hagerty Drivers Club Membership.
